There are a number of sources of support available to you:

If you need immediate emotional support at any time of day/night you can access the 24 hour helpline on 0808 196 3533, or through the PAM Assist Wellbeing App or the web portal:

· Insert the University of Hertfordshire (ORG) code: UH101

· Create your login account details using your university/personal email address and use a secure password.

· Validate your account via the notification email.

· Login using the email address and password created when registering. 

If you have experienced a bereavement or if you are feeling low, depressed, stressed, or anxious you can call this support line at any time of the day. You can also call if you need financial, legal, non-urgent medical advice too!

You will speak with qualified counsellors on the call, including a team specialised in the areas of bereavement, finance, law and medical care.
